A fresh name, the same unmissable experience. Formerly the Main Event and School Food Show, The School Food People Show & Forum reflects the new identity of The School Food People, while continuing to deliver the value the sector trusts.
Taking place on Tuesday 7th and Wednesday 8th July 2026, at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole, the event brings together over 1,000 professionals from across the school food sector for two days of discovery, learning, and connection. As the only national UK event dedicated solely to school food, it remains a must-attend date in the calendar.

The School Food People Show is a free-to-attend exhibition of more than 160 suppliers running alongside the Forum. Visitors to The School Food Show can also attend the live demonstrations and interactive workshops. Please note: The School Food People Show visitors are not able to access to the Delegate Forum sessions taking place on Wednesday 8th July. |
Delegates booking places for the Forum will have access to all areas of the event including forum speaker sessions, live demonstrations, interactive workshops and The School Food People Show exhibition halls. There are also options to add to accommodation and dinners to your booking. Special rates available to members booking the 2-night residential package |
